Software Engineers are basically skilled professionals based on new designs and creation of new computer software systems . Software Engineers developes things like software for operating systems , network distribution, compilers,which are able to convert programs to be used on computers . Some software engineer does coding and some doesn't , depending on functions and programmers. Software engineers are required to have astonishing communication skills and also a team player . This is because there is a need to explain business fuctions to non-technical business managers .
